Rustic Meadows II was developed in 1999 and contains 16 single family lots.
Located west off of Middle Road, across the street from Shannon Estates (another Newport Development project) and abutting Turtle Creek Subdivision to the north. The addition of Rustic Meadows II to the original Rustic Meadows Subdivision completes an internal loop within the subdivision.
