Project Details

Majestic Hills III was developed in 2003 and contains 249 single family lots.

Majestic Hills III is the conclusion to a large vision. Expanding upon the existing Majestic Hills I and Majestic Hills III, these 249 lots were added in two phases, so there is a Phase I of Majestic Hills III and a Phase II of Majestic Hills III. The demand for these lots was strong, which enabled the developer to put in Phase II of Majestic Hills III at almost the same time as Phase I was being finished by the excavating company! The installation of Majestic Hills III allowed for Willow Road to be constructed which now runs from Braun Road to the northern property line.

This remains a very popular subdivision with only a few lots remaining.

The location of the property, east of 90th Street and south of Broadway provided for easy access to Hwy. 11 which leads to I-94 and for easy access to Hwy 31 for quick commuting to Kenosha and Racine. Willow Road will eventually connect to Hwy. 11, providing yet another access point to the property.
